Qualified Educators

Our dedicated and nurturing Educators are what makes our centre exceeding. The success of our recruiting process is shown by the quality of our Educators that give their 100% each day and treat every child as their own.

Our home away from home culture is also felt amongst our team, where strong bonds are built creating our small family.

All staff employed must have current Working with children's check, first aid, asthma and anaphylaxis training. Yearly child protection and Covid training is required.

Professional development training is always available and encouraged whilst employed at Newport Lakes CC

Educational Support Leader

An exceeding theme throughout our centre is to support and mentor our Educators. This is achieved by employing an off the floor full time Educational Leader. The role of the Ed support Leader is to guide our planning and programming, provide staff development opportunities, organising educational incursions and excursion and connecting our service with the community around us.
